WE ARE CAPPING THIS EVENT TO 80 TEAMS. Sign Up Today!
Teams of 2 athletes (one male and one female) can expect to be challenged with 3 workouts and a final for the top teams in the RX and Masters divisions.

$110 per team after first 25 tickets sold. (Your heat order will be based on your sign up, so if you sign up first you get to go in the last heat of your division)

Divisions:
- RX
- Masters 35-44 years of age*
- Masters 45+ years of age (in this division only masters ages 55+ will use the Open weights tbd)*
- Scaled
*Masters can move down in age division, but not move up. To be eligible for your age group you must turn 35 or 45 by December 7, 2019.

Event men t-shirt or women tank top deadline:
Athletes registering online by November 15th before noon will receive a men’s event T-shirt and/or women’s event tank top. We will not be offering women’s T-shirts however a men’s T is available if you prefer a shirt over a tank.

JUDGES & VOLUNTEERS:
If you are interested in judging or volunteering the deadline for a judges men T-shirt or women tank top is also November 15th before noon.

Movement Guidelines: (subject to change)
This list is not complete and can include movements for ALL Divisions similar to what you would see in the CrossFit Open. (example: HSPU, Bar MU, Ring MU, DB movements, etc.)
Athletes in the RX Division should be able to perform:
- Clean (squat, power or split, your choice) 155/105
- Snatch (squat, power or split, your choice) 115/80
- Thruster 95/65
- Kettlebell Swing 53/35
- Wall Balls 20/14
- Pull-ups
- Toes to Bar
- Toes to Rings
- Double-Unders
- Box Jump 24/20
- Box Jump-overs 24/20
Athletes in the RX Masters Division should be able to perform:
(Masters 55+ years of age will use Open weights)
- Clean (squat, power or split, your choice) 135/95
- Snatch (squat, power or split, your choice) 95/65
- Thruster 95/65
- Kettlebell Swing 53/35
- Wall Balls 20/14
- Pull-ups
- Toes to Bar
- Toes to Rings
- Double-unders
- Box Jump 24/20
- Box Jump-overs 24/20
Athletes in the SCALED division should be able to perform:
- Clean (squat, power or split, your choice) 95/65
- Snatch (squat, power or split, your choice) 75/55
- Thruster 75/55
- Kettlebell Swing 35/26
- Wall Balls 14/10 to 10/9 foot target
- Ab Mat Sit-ups
- Single-Unders
- Box Jump or step-up 20/12
- Box Jump or step-overs 20/12
